Mental Health Matters is a monthly community conversation designed to bring practical, evidence-informed mental health education to Pittsboro and the surrounding area. In this first session, we’ll explore the hidden cost of perfectionism and how high standards can quietly contribute to anxiety, burnout, and self-criticism.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Danny Eller will guide an engaging, accessible discussion focused on helping participants better understand their internal experiences and develop realistic, sustainable ways to reduce pressure without lowering standards.

Open to community members, business professionals, and clinicians alike. Continuing education (CEU) information will be available for eligible mental health professionals.
