In this first session\, we’ll explore the hidden cost of perfectionism and how high standards can quietly contribute to anxiety\, burnout\, and self-criticism.</p>\n<p>Licensed Clinical Social Worker <a href="https://ellertherapyandcounseling.com/about-me">Danny Eller </a>will guide an engaging\, accessible discussion focused on helping participants better understand their internal experiences and develop realistic\, sustainable ways to reduce pressure without lowering standards.</p>\n<p>Open to community members\, business professionals\, and clinicians alike.
