Our community offers high educational standards with all of our new homes near top-rated schools. In fact, according to Newsweek and U.S. News & World Report’s Best High Schools lists, Chatham County is already home to some of the top schools in the country. As we continue to grow, we’re working with the Chatham County School Board plus magnet and private schools to develop new sites based on area needs. Thales Academy is now open in Vineyards.

Onsite Thales Academy

Thales Academy is a private K-12 school with 12 campuses in North Carolina. The Chatham Park campus opened in Spring 2022 serving students in kindergarten through seventh grade. Thales Academy believes in providing students with an affordable, quality education that prepares them for college and beyond. And when you live in Vineyards, you’re within walking or biking distance!
