As we reflect on the past year, it is defined by the remarkable growth at Chatham Park. This includes the arrival of residents who have made this place their home and the opening of many businesses. This year has been a celebration of progress with new beginnings, new faces and the shared excitement of creating a new kind of community together.
Before we ring in the new year, we would like to take a moment to recognize a few community milestones. We shared in the excitement of numerous house closings. The Vineyards neighborhood is now more than halfway sold, and Encore by David Weekley Homes celebrated its 100th sale this past summer. The Medley at Northwood Landing opened its doors, offering spacious apartments, premium amenities and walkable access to events and activities. The community also gathered in August to dedicate the new Wade Barber Park, a 2.5-acre wooded area with paved walkways and benches located in Northwood Landing.
Chatham Park also had a diverse array of businesses join the community this year, from restaurants to healthcare and education facilities. Chatham County celebrated its first hotel with an impressive grand opening event in November. The new hotel offers visitors a unique local experience, featuring curated art and thoughtful design. Below is a list of all the businesses we welcomed this year. Be sure to visit these new local spots that are making Chatham Park an even more vibrant and exciting community.

Looking ahead to 2025, we’re excited about the continued growth and success of Chatham Park. On the horizon is the development of NoVi, the second-largest neighborhood in North Village, which will seamlessly connect new residential options with the established offerings of Chatham Park. NoVi will include more than 600 residential units in total and feature a diverse range of homes including new single-family houses, cottages, villas and townhomes coming in Spring 2025. It also encompasses the Encore by David Weekley neighborhood, a 55+ active adult section. Residents will enjoy convenient access to parks, a variety of amenities and the new Chatham Park YMCA, which features a state-of-the art wellness center. Families will appreciate the proximity to the future Chatham County school location in NoVi.
The momentum we’ve built in the past year is just the beginning, and we look forward to what we will accomplish together in 2025 and beyond.
