MOSAIC will offer a curated blend of retail, restaurants and services to satisfy all appetites and shopping lists. Our first building, UNC Health Urgent Care and UNC Health Rheumatology, is complete and now open.
When the 30+ miles of greenways and bike trails are completed, they’ll connect neighbors and neighborhoods, creating plenty of opportunities to live, work, play and learn in our community. Maintaining an active lifestyle is made easy with bike lanes on every road and recreational areas that are always just a short walk away.
Come out and play! Our first community park, Knight Farm Park is open in the Vineyards with several more coming soon.
Swimmers, fishers and boaters rejoice! We’re located on the Haw River and next to Jordan Lake’s recreation area that consists of 46,000 acres of parkland and water surfaces.
Paddles is Chatham Park’s newest recreational amenity. The private swim and pickleball amenity features a six-lane competition-style pool and slide, kiddie pool, eight pickleball courts including four courts with lights, and a concession stand. Memberships are now available to all Chatham Park residents and to the public.
Chatham Park will be a cultural hub offering performances, art galleries and more. Right now, you can enjoy concerts and events on the lawn and stage at Central Green at Mosaic.
Mosaic in the North Village (first of five villages) offers an amphitheater and will be home to live music and entertainment. Now Open
Life’s good around the Triangle. On top of a growing population and economy, the area encompasses elite universities, professional sports teams, research institutes, a well-regarded restaurant scene and so many other facets that make this area shine.
The Triangle is home to UNC Chapel Hill, Duke University and NC State, along with the state capitol and a first-class airport.
Spend an afternoon at the NC Museum of Natural Sciences, the NC Museum of Art, the NC Museum of History or even the Marbles Kids Museum.
This is the home turf for three flagship ACC sports programs, the Carolina Hurricanes and several minor league teams.
From intimate concert venues to full-blown amphitheaters and arenas, the Triangle is home to epic concerts and spectacles.
