In Pursuit Of

Carpe-ing The Diem

Chatham Park welcomes everyone to make the most of their time here. From amazing restaurants, bars and entertainment venues to natural parks, open spaces, trails and bike paths, our community has plenty to offer for residents and day-trippers alike.

MOSAIC will offer a curated blend of retail, restaurant and services to satisfy all appetites and shopping lists. Expected to open Fall, 2021.

When the 30+ miles of greenways and bike trails are completed, they’ll connect neighbors and neighborhoods, creating plenty of opportunities to live, work, play and learn in our community. Maintaining an active lifestyle is made easy with bike lanes on every road and recreational areas that  are always just a short walk away.
As we value recreational spaces, our first of several parks will open October 2020.

Swimmers, fishers and boaters rejoice! We’re located on the Haw River and next to Jordan Lake’s recreation area that consists of 46,000 acres of parkland and water surfaces.

Chatham Park will become a cultural hub offering concerts, performances, art galleries and more. Right now, you can enjoy our current art installation at Russett Run.

Mosaic in the North Village (first of five villages) offers an amphitheater and will be home to live music and entertainment. Expected to open Fall, 2021.

Life’s good around the Triangle. On top of a growing population and economy, the area encompasses elite universities, professional sports teams, research institutes, a well-regarded restaurant scene and so many other facets that make this area shine.

The Triangle is home to UNC Chapel Hill, Duke University and NC State, along with the state capitol and a first-class airport.

Spend an afternoon at the NC Museum of Natural Sciences, the NC Museum of Art, the NC Museum of History or even the Marbles Kids Museum.

This is the home turf for three flagship ACC sports programs, the Carolina Hurricanes and several minor league teams.

From intimate concert venues to full-blown amphitheaters and arenas, the Triangle is home to epic concerts and spectacles.
