NoVi at Chatham Park Earns Four MAME Awards for Community Design and Marketing Excellence

PITTSBORO — Preston Development Company is proud to announce that NoVi at Chatham Park, a new home community within Chatham Park in Pittsboro, NC, has been recognized with four 2026 MAME Awards presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County. The MAME (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence) Awards recognize outstanding achievements in community planning, design, and marketing across the homebuilding industry.

NoVi at Chatham Park received awards in the following categories:

The awards recognize the vision and strategy behind NoVi, a neighborhood designed to bring together walkability, connection, recreation, and everyday experiences that encourage an active lifestyle.
