We’ll kick off the day with a dynamic panel of industry experts sharing real-world insight on fair housing practices, challenges, and accountability in today’s market. After lunch, participants will begin the Fairhaven Simulation, an interactive learning experience that puts you in the role of a consumer navigating the homebuying process – revealing how bias and systemic barriers can impact outcomes.

We’ll wrap up the experience at Hops & Berry with appetizers and drinks – because meaningful conversations don’t stop when the session ends.
