In this talk, therapist Danny Eller, LCSW explores the hidden beliefs that make boundaries feel so difficult. Participants will examine how people-pleasing, fear of conflict, guilt, and the desire to be seen as helpful can lead us to overcommit, neglect our own well-being, and struggle to protect our time and energy.

This practical and accessible conversation will help attendees better understand the psychology of boundaries, why saying no is often harder than it seems, and how healthier limits can strengthen relationships, reduce stress, and support emotional well-being. Designed to be accessible to the general public while still clinically relevant, a 1.0 CE hour available for clinician attendees.
