Penguin Place is Chatham Park's first retail development and restaurant destination. With three buildings spanning over 14,000 sq. ft., it’s home to the popular, Cafe Root Cellar. Other highlights include House of Hops Beer Shop, Marco’s Pizza, and Mi Cancun.

Northwood Landing

Located just west of MOSAIC, the 92-acre Northwood Landing is Chatham Park’s newest premier dining, retail and service plaza. Lowes Foods (now open) is joined by a Next Generation Dunkin’, the nonprofit healthcare system, FirstHealth and many more exciting businesses. A 312-unit apartment complex, Medley at Northwood Landing, is now leasing.

 
 

MOSAIC

Located on 15-501, MOSAIC is Chatham Park’s first walkable, live work play, town center featuring sustainable design and inventive programming. MOSAIC is a blend of office, apartment and condo living with retail, restaurants, and services to satisfy all appetites and shopping lists. UNC Health Urgent Care and UNC Health Rheumatology are now open with Pittsboro’s first hotel coming soon!
