Six Chatham Park homes are featured in this year’s Triangle Parade of Homes, showcasing a variety of home styles, neighborhoods and builders across the community. And this year’s Parade has given Chatham Park even more to celebrate, with several participating homes earning awards.
The Triangle Parade of Homes is a free, self-guided tour that gives visitors the opportunity to step inside fully decorated new homes and explore the latest in home design, floor plans, finishes and features.
There’s still time to experience them for yourself. October 16–18 marks the final weekend of this year’s Parade, with homes open from 12–5 pm each day.

Each featured home is fully decorated and styled, making it easy to imagine how the spaces can be used in everyday life. Look for inspiration in everything from kitchen layouts and furniture placement to color palettes, finishes, flexible living spaces, storage solutions and outdoor areas.
Whether you leave with ideas for a future home or simply a favorite design detail, there’s plenty to discover behind every front door.
Make a Day of It
There’s even more happening around Chatham Park during the final Parade weekend, making it easy to turn your home tours into a full day or weekend in Pittsboro.
