While still in law school at UNC\, Scott conceived and launched Top of the Hill Restaurant & Brewery\, one of the state’s oldest brewpubs\, winning more than 70 Best of the Triangle awards and serving as a cornerstone of Chapel Hill’s entrepreneurial and civic life.
\nFor more than 20 years\, Scott has taught entrepreneurship at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School\, where he works closely with founders and students on idea formation\, customer discovery\, capital strategy\, and the practical realities of building businesses. He continues to mentor early-stage entrepreneurs across the Triangle.
